A special mole made from scratch with local stone fruit, cacao, seeds, chiles, and spices; served with confit summer squash, rice a la Jardinera, braised heirloom beans, cabbage salad, and fresh corn tortillas. OPTIONAL: herb-roasted organic pasture-raised chicken (whole leg quarter)
