Meatloaf Dinner (for 2-3)

Regeneratively raised grass-fed beef from Perennial Pastures with carrot, kale, alliums, herbs, oats, and egg. Dinner includes a one-pound meatloaf served with a cooked seasonal vegetable, mashed potatoes, and a nice green salad with vinaigrette. The vegan version is made with real vegans! Just kidding, we make it with an assortment of veggies, legumes, grains, and seeds.
