Chicken Gumbo Dinner (for 2-4)

pasture-raised chicken, andouille sausage, okra, onion, bell pepper, garlic, dried sassafras leaf (gumbo filé) and other spices. Served with cooked rice, Chef Cory's gluten-free cornbread, and a nice salad of fresh local greens with crouton and vinaigrette.
